American, United agree to cut flights at O'Hare.

American Airlines and United Airlines agreed Jan. 21 to reduce flights at Chicago O'Hare by approximately 5% between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. in an effort to alleviate a recent spike in delays at the airport after the carriers began boosting service in a competitive tit-for-tat.
