A leader in extending these capabilities into the ranks of the U.S. regionals on an affordable basis has been David R. Bornemann Associates (DRB) of Vienna, Va. DRB was founded in 1972 to create crew and aircraft-management programs for mainframe computers and it still supports such programs for Continental, Delta, Pan Am and Air Canada. The finn also is the developer, under contract to the Official Airline Guide, of the widely used Oasis schedule-development package for which Aeroflot recently signed on as a customer. …
