FlyBE inks deal for Q400s. (Regional News).(regional jets)(Brief Article)

European Regional carrier FlyBE, formerly known as British European, never can be accused of following the crowd. While a number of Regional airlines have chosen the widely popular regional jets for their fleets, FlyBE is opting for modern turboprops produced by Bombardier. Four CRJ200s previously operated by the carrier have been remarketed to Air Sahara, according to a source from Bombardier.

The airline has signed a deal for 17 Q400s, an order valued at $362 million. …
