Emergency services, LOCAL authorities and other key organisations in the Cleveland area have joined forces to produce a document which will help safeguard local communities.

The Cleveland Risk Register has been drawn up by the Cleveland Local Resilience Forum comprising police, ambulance, fire and rescue services, Environment Agency, Health and Safety Executive, local councils and emergency planning officers.

Cleveland--with its large volume of petro-chemical industry plants--is one of the highest areas of risk in Europe which means the risk register is all the more important.
