Equality and diversity recruitment toolkit launched as CPA looms.(News)

ODPM has developed an Equality and Diversity Recruitment Toolkit to provide fire and rescue services with information and advice to support local campaigns aimed at attracting applicants from a wider range of backgrounds (see pg 26).
