Facilities management update.

Following the appointment of OPERON, the facilities management company that is now in partnership with the College, a number of changes have taken place to improve the standard of service offered to our delegates.

An EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) card system has been successfully introduced, which currently gives delegates access to the main restaurant, but will also be used elsewhere on the site in the near future. Tighter security controls at the main entrance have also come into play, including vehicle passes for students, visitors and staff. …
