No uniform required!

A common misconception amongst potential Fund beneficiaries is that the services the charity offers is only for, or only used by, uniformed firefighters. Of course, in reality this is not the case, as the charity's beneficiary base extends far beyond this category. The Fund are here to support ALL Fire Service personnel and their dependants, and this of course includes the thousands of [often non-uniformed] support staff nationwide.

An example of one of the hundreds of support staff" who the Fund have recently helped is Heather Rawson (pictured here)-a Leading Fire Control Operator based in Cleveland, who has been with the Fire Service for 19 years. Heather was involved in an RTA, and suffered whiplash injuries as a result. …
