The recent seminar, Excellence in Design and Construction--Sustainable Public Buildings, hosted by the All-Party Parliamentary Built Environment Group, provided something of an unpleasant surprise, even to the most jaded of parliamentary monitors. A seminar on sustainable buildings, with a special session on schools, gave but cursory mention to sprinkler protection
