Lotto heaven!

As you will no doubt learn from elsewhere in this issue of Firemark, the last financial fear for the Fund, which runs from April to March, has once again been a highly successful period for the charity's Ben Fund Lottery. In fact, the lottery has proved to be a vital income source for the FSNBF, with over 380,000 [pounds sterling] of revenue raised--an increase of 220% on the previous year. Over 220,000 [pounds sterling] was given away in prize money to 12 jackpot winners and other lucky players who scooped the second or third prizes.

Our last draw of the year, at the end of March, actually saw our very first syndicate win. Mr K Johnston, from Dumfries & Galloway, who is the registered lead member of the syndicate. …
