To ensure we better understand your specific training and development requirements we have restructured our business team appointing a dedicated Account Manager to each F&RS. This new approach is aimed at developing closer relationships with you and to ensure we respond to your individual needs.

Since June 2003, our Account Managers have been visiting services across the country inviting feedback, ideas and suggestions to ensure we offer the kind of courses, facilities and services you want the most.

Of course, training and development is at the forefront of our service and F&RS visits provide an ideal opportunity for you to let us know where extra training is required. …
