To demonstrate our commitment to customer service we are implementing changes in how we communicate with you. Each F&RS has a dedicated Account Manager--a single point of contact to address your individual requirements. Together with our new brochure, this publication and the planned redesign of our website, the Sales & Marketing department aims to ensure two-way communication is improved through a variety of channels.
