For the third year in a row, Ani Nyhus' postseason path has taken her to Florida.

She has traveled there twice for the Junior College World Series, where she helped lead Central Arizona College to the 2003 national title.

So the junior college transfer knows exactly what to warn her Oregon softball teammates about as they get ready for today's start of the NCAA Regionals against Bethune-Cookman at 9:30 a.m. PDT in Tallahassee, Fla.

`It's going to be humid and hot, and that's something we have to be prepared for,' Nyhus said. `But I like the heat, so I'm pretty excited about it.'
