American Public Health Association Urges U.S. House Subcommittee to Protect Funding for Invaluable Public Health Programs

WASHINGTON, March 30 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The American Public Health Association (APHA) today urged Congress to oppose cuts in funding to valuable health services on behalf of the Friends of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a coalition of more than 100 national organizations concerned about the fiscal resources appropriated to fund public health programs.
