Canadian International Trade Tribunal Does Not Initiate Review, Waterproof Rubber Footwear from the People's Republic of China

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 31, 2007) - The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today decided not to initiate a review of its order made on October 18, 2002, concerning waterproof rubber footwear originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The Tribunal will issue the reasons for its determination on February 15, 2007.
