For those in need in remote sections of Costa Rica, help is often hard to come by. But thanks to Papagayo Do it center, located in the Guanacaste province on the Pacific Coast, families throughout the country now have access to resources that otherwise would be unavailable to them.

John Scheman, CEO of Papagayo Do it center, recently founded a not-for-profit foundation in response to the great need he saw in his community. "With our contacts, trucks, staff and supply chain, we knew we had everything we needed to make a difference," he explained. "When we considered everything that we could do for our community, we knew we had to step up to the plate."
