Shoppers may soon be able to "save big money" in Long Grove.
Menards, the home improvement store chain with the catchy jingle, is interested in putting up a building near the northeast corner of Lake-Cook Road and Old Route 53.
The Wisconsin-based chain intends to build an approximately 162,340-square-foot home improvement center with 498 parking spaces and an a 26,420-square-foot rear warehouse area.
It would be part of a development that would include 42,600 square feet of additional retail on five outlots.
