THE Playboy model who starred in Colin Farrell's sex tape may have struck a $3mil-lion deal to sell the video.

Nicole Narain could pocket the windfall if she is successful in court according to a deal she signed, the Irish Daily Mirror can reveal.

And she has agreed to accept $100,000 (EURl83,000) from Arizona video distribution firm ICG if she doesn't win the legal battle this summer.

A source close to the 29-year-old Dublin actor last night said: "This proves she's out for the big money.

"She is clearly trying to make a fortune out of Colin."
