A complex of 50 luxury villas and a recreational centre was opened last week in the southern province of Binh Duong.

Located near the Song Be golf course in Binh Hoa Quarter of Thuan An District's Lai Thieu Town, the complex covers a total of six hectares and has a total investment of more than $5 million.

"Local and foreign businesses have already bought or leased the villas to use them as permanent homes or just holiday retreats," Tran Kim Thanh, chairman of Kinh Do Corporation, the project's developer, said.
