Sixteen-year-old Terri Montes used to work in an ice cream parlor but considers her new job as a theatrical producer "a lot better." As one of eight inner city teens in the Producing Arts for a New Generation program, Montes was paid minimum wage to help organize tonight's performance of Marvin Tate and D-Settlement, but the experience she's earned is priceless.
