In Australia's retail sector, the pickled vegetable category is growing strongly. Different tracking groups have compiled slightly different growth figures for 2002, but all indicate solid growth. Data from the "Retail World" Annual Report, ACNielsen ScanTrack and Aztec roughly value the category at between $A76 million and $A90 million. Estimates of growth vary from 7.1% to 8.9% in 2002.
