Three Ft. Worth glass replacement companies charged with price fixing

Latest charges part of ongoing investigation

The U.S. Department of justice (U.S. DOJ) recently announced that three Fort Worth, Texas,-based auto glass replacement companies have agreed to plead guilty to charges of conspiring to fix prices in the central North Texas and Lubbock areas of the lone star state. The charges come out of an ongoing, multi-year investigation into alleged price fixing in the wind-shield replacement industry.
