Vermont, New York Inventors Develop Parallel Data Preparation Method

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- Stephen D. Thomas and Ralph J. Williams, both of Essex Junction, Vt., Daria R. Dooling of Huntington, Vt., Jacek G. Smolinski of Jericho, Vt., and Kenneth T. Settlemyer, Jr. of Poughquag, N.Y., have developed a parallel data preparation system.

According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for implementing an optical rule checking process to facilitate physical verification of an integrated circuit (IC) graphical design.
