Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort in Wisconsin Dells recently unveiled a $15-million expansion. Included are 162 new guest rooms, an outdoor waterpark, and the area's first indoor "dry" play area. Dubbed "Timberland Playhouse," the playground is a wilderness-themed structure with 12 mounted foam ball blasters, a ball fountain that shoots foam balls in the air, 10 slides, three stories of twisting and turning crawl space, and a toddler area with soft-foam crawl animals.
